We hereby inform you that the 3D printed articles in PA 2210 FR that we deliver contain 0,1- 1% of the SVHC candidate list substance Melamine. Via this communication Materialise complies to the downstream communication requirements of indicating the presence of SVHC candidate substances in articles which exceed a concentration of 0.1% w/w in compliance to Article 33 of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH).
We were notified of the substance's presence by our supplier via an update of the raw material's Safety Data Sheet in March 2024. We wish to inform you that the raw material is a mixture which does not meet the criteria for classification as hazardous and therefore the articles that we produce in PA 2210 FR do not present health, safety and environmental hazards to our knowledge and remain REACH compliant.
