Shipping transit time
Depending on your location, the transit time for shipments will take 1 to 5 days. You can see the estimated shipping time at the check-out step of the order.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are 16 EUR on all orders Europe using our standard shipment option through UPS.
For USA, shipping charges are 21 EUR per order, converted to USD according to the existing exchange rate.
For all other regions, shipping charges are 33 EUR per order.
Separate billing and delivery addresses
Your order can be shipped to an address that is different from your billing address. You can fill out your desired delivery address in the shipment details during the check-out of the order process.
We only accept shipments to a valid street address, which means we can’t deliver to PO boxes due to the possible size of packages.
If you would like to adapt the delivery address after placing your order, please contact the Customer Service Team. If the order has already shipped, you can change the delivery address using UPS My Choice. See the article: How can I use UPS My Choice?
Tracking number
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the courier's tracking number. You can use this number to track your package. Your order might be shipped in separate packages, each with a separate tracking number.
Duties and import tax
There are no duties or import taxes for orders sent to countries within the EU. For orders from the UK, duties and import taxes are included in the price.
For all other countries, there will be duties or import taxes but they are not included in the shipping cost. Please contact the customs office in the country of destination for more information regarding applicable duties or taxes for your order. The amount of import tax is determined by the classification of the traded product. We indicate the so-called ‘harmonized codes’ of our products in the shipment documentation. For more information, see the article: What are the HS codes for my ordered products?
