If you wish to close your OnSite account, please contact our support team. Users cannot currently delete their accounts directly through the platform.
Once your request has been processed, your account will be deactivated so that you can no longer access it. Personal account identifiers, such as your email address, will be removed or replaced in our active systems and mailing lists, as appropriate. Please note that we may retain certain information where necessary to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations, to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to meet recordkeeping, audit, or security requirements.
