Once an order has been placed, invoice details can only be changed by our Customer Service team. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will check whether a change is still possible.
Please note:
- Credit card payments: Invoice details cannot be changed, as VAT is paid at the time of order and cannot be refunded or adjusted afterward.
- Invoice payments: Changes may be possible, but only if the VAT (Value Added Tax) amount remains the same.
