Once you have placed an order, only our customer service team can make any changes.
Please contact us if you would like to:
- Update files or change material, color, or finish: We will look into the status of your order and see if it is still possible to update the information. Please note that you can only change to materials or finishes in the same price range.
- Update your shipping information: If we haven’t prepared your order for shipment and the VAT (Value Added Tax) payment won't change, we can still update the information.
- Update your shipping method after placing an order.
