OnSite is mainly a B2B platform. B2B companies work with purchase orders or P.O.’s. P.O.’s are used very often in big companies with a purchasing department. Through a P.O., the purchasing department can control the purchasing of products and services. P.O.’s might also contain conditions under which the purchase is valid, however, in case of conflicting conditions with our terms and conditions, the conditions of the P.O. are invalid as stated in our terms and conditions. 

You are able to upload a file in the following formats: .pdf, .docx, .doc.

It is possible to upload the file at a later stage for administrative purposes as sometimes orders are urgent and the P.O. is not able to arrive in time. No new order confirmation will be sent in this case. 

Please note that uploading your P.O. is not sufficient to place the order, you need to complete the order process till you get the order confirmation
