There is a difference between tracking your order’s production status and tracking its shipment.

Once you place an order, you will receive an estimated lead time. This is the time we need to produce and prepare your order. During production, you can follow its progress through the following stages:

• Data preparation
• Printing
• Finishing (if applicable)
• Painting (if applicable)
• Ready to ship

Once your order reaches the final stage, it will be picked up by the courier. At that point, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking details, allowing you to follow your package during delivery.

Please note that shipping usually takes 1 to several days, depending on your location.
