How can I check the status of my order?

You can track the progress of your order in the Orders section of your profile after logging in to OnSite. If your order status is In production, you will also see the estimated shipment date.

Once your order has been shipped, the UPS tracking number will appear on this page and will also be sent to you by email. You can use this number to follow your shipment while it is in transit.

If your order status is Pending, it may mean one of the following:

  • Our service team is still performing print-technical checks and has not yet released the order for production.
  • The selected material or finish requires additional manual verification by our service team.
  • You have not yet accepted the identified print risks or provided an updated file.
