To fulfill your order with an A-side painting or Extra smooth finish according to your wishes, we require additional information. 

Please upload clear instructions, if possible with screenshots and indications as described below. We accept pdf and word documents as file formats.

A-side paint finishes

The A-side is the side which is to be painted. 

• Please highlight the A-side in your model and add indications with text.
• Upload the instructions before placing your order.

 Example:

Extra smooth finish 

During the post-processing technique for the Extra Smooth finish your part has to be suspended in a chamber. Please provide us information about how the part can be hung up with screenshots and indications. Large parts will require more suspension points than small parts due to their weight.

There are 3 options for the suspension:

• Hanging up from holes
• Hanging up from a printed hook which is cut off after smoothing
• Hanging up using clamps on B-side

Please note that in every case the touching points of the suspension will leave a small visible mark.
