We generally advise against using stereolithography (SLA) materials for functional clips, as they tend to be brittle and may not withstand repeated flexing or stress. SLA can be suitable if aesthetic appearance is the primary concern and the clip is not intended for functional use.
For functional clips, we recommend using laser sintering (SLS) or Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) technologies, which produce parts with better toughness, flexibility, and durability.
