Dimensional accuracy strongly depends on the selected material and technology. It doesn’t relate to the detail of your model but to the deviation from the nominal size.
Please take note that accuracy and level of detail are not the same. The level of detail can be described as the difference in height between two surfaces (e.g. extruded text on a surface).
