Information on orders for the UK

Since Jan 1st 2021, there is a hard border between the UK and the EU.
The article below answers questions upon the impact of your orders at OnSite.

Do I have to pay customs fees and import duties?
No, there are no fees to be paid for your orders.

Are there any additional charges?
Yes. Now that the UK is no longer in the EU free shipping is no longer available. A flat-rate fee of 15 euro is applied to all orders. The 15 euro is converted to Pounds using the current exchange rate.

Are your delivery dates affected?
We aim to meet all of the lead times. Currently orders are reaching their destinations without delay at the border. However, this can change and we are not able to control the flow of orders through customs. The status of your order can be checked on your account. Tracking numbers are available once your order has shipped.

How do I return a part to you?
f you need to return a part to us please contact OnSite@materialise.co.uk with the reason for return along with your order number and we will be in touch.
